Reservation Policy :
- Above Tariff is not applicable for meetings /conferences / weddings /groups .
- The Tariff is applicable to those domiciled in India, whether Indian Nationals or Foreign Nationals with a certificate of registration.
Arrival and Departure Policy :
- Check in at 12.00 noon: Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
- Check out at 10.00 am : Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
- A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.
Cancellation Policy :
- Any cancellation will require 07 days prior notice.
- From 8 to 21 days of check in, Cancellation charges will be 1 Night Cost.
- On and before 22 days of check in, Cancellation charges will be 10% Cost.
- No show will attract 01 nights rate retention.
- Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
Child Policy :
- Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge at parent’s room in existing bed.
- Children above 6 years or adults are accommodated in extra bed with a surcharge.
- Maximum number of extra beds in room is 1.
Damage Policy (Damage to hotel property):
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Removal of Hotel Property :
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
